You’re probably wondering whether this program is a scam, or whether it will actually work as advertised. You’re also probably hoping that everything that Devon has told you within the video and the sales page is true. You’re probably also banking on the legitimacy of 12 Minute Affiliate because you want to make money online or maybe quit your job.

Well, wonder no more because this revie wis going to be answering all your questions. By the end of this review, you’ll know exactly what the program is about and whether or not it’s suitable for you.

FYI – I’m not an affiliate of this program so you can expect this review to be honest an unbiased. I’m not like those affialites that are going to just promote anything to you so I can make money.

Now that’s said, let’s get into the review!

What Is 12 Minute Affiliate?

Devon says that this program is so easy that it can be set up in 12 minutes as the name suggests. Even a newbie could make money within 12 minutes of setting up this system and profit upwards of $400 every single day. Everything is done for you, so much that you only need 3 steps to profit;

1) Personalize the system

2) Get done-for you traffic

3) Pocket the commissions

You’ll get all the tools that you need like the funnels, the emails and the support within the private Facebook group. The niches have been chosen so you don’t have to do the work. You can even test-drive the system for a low payment of $9.95, which sounds like a no-brainer.

I have to be honest, if I were a newbie that didn’t know anything about making money online, I would sure be tempted by this program and would buy it without a second thought. But now that I know what it takes to make money online, I know only too well that it’s not going to work exactly as advertised.

These gurus make earning money online sound so easy and want to make you feel like an idiot just so they can swindle your emotions for you to get their programs. You always have to see whether what they tell you makes sense. If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is.

If it was so easy to make money online like Devon suggests, then why are most people still trading their time for money at their jobs? Why are you still struggling to find a program that works? Why are you still fighting to make ends meet?

I have reviewed other programs by Devon before and let me tell you that he has failed to impress me. What sets him apart from the other program on ClickBank is that he is a real person and not a paid actor. I’m only hoping that this program is going to be better than his other ones.

How 12 Minute Affiliate Works

The method that is taught within 12 Minute Affiliate is obviously affiliate marketing. That’s where you promote other people’s products and get compensated for each sale that is generated through your own special link. I’m an affiliate marketer too, so I know that this method works.

A method for effective affiliate marketing is email marketing, where you will be collecting emails from your visitors. This gives you the ability to keep in touch with your subscribers and to remarket to them. The more trust you build with them that way, the higher the chances of them buying from you.

You’ll get step-by-step instructions as promised. You get them in written form and through videos. If you have read any of my reviews before, you’d know that I love video training because it’s just easier to follow. Most of us are visual learners.

The training will teach you how to create affiliate accounts with affiliate networks in order to be able to promote their products. You get training on how to create your autoresponder account and to create your follow-up sequence. You will then activate your funnel so it’s ready for when you send visitors to it.

The training might be newbie-friendly, but the method of sending traffic isn’t. Don’t get me wrong; affiliate marketing is the best way for newbies to start making money online. However, the traffic method that is taught is Solo Ads, which is actually not recommended for newbies at all.

You see, Solo Ads is a way of getting traffic online where you pay marketers to send your email and your special link to their email lists. You will usually both agree on a number of clicks for a flat rate (for example 100 clicks for $40). Although Solo Ads can be a good way to build your own email list, there is no guarantee of ANY money being made.

Keep in mind that Devon is an experienced marketer and he can leverage his experience and his income to lure people into signing up or buying his program. You don’t have that advantage as a newbie and thus, it will be much harder for you to gain trust with our audience.

Devon also does not teach you any other methods of traffic, such that you are stuck with this paid method. I can only recommend Solo Ads to bump your already-profitable business, but not as a way to get your main traffic and income from.

The Costs Involved

I scoured the sales page and don’t you know it? There’s NO information whatsoever on how much money you are expected to invest every single month in order to run this business. That’s a common factor that I have found with all of the similar programs and their sales pages.

They never give you enough information and expect you to just follow them blindly, which is something I recommend that you NEVER do. Would you buy a car without seeing its features? Why would getting into online business be any different? If you only have $20/month to invest and a program costs $50 every month, then what’s the use of getting such a program?

And nope! The $9.95 that you’ll pay do NOT include all the tools you’ll need to be able to make this method work. There are other tools that are REQUIRED and not optional, in order to make the method work.

It makes my blood BOIL to see this happening over and over again! So before you get yourself in hot water, let me tell you exactly the amount of money you’ll need every month. I just want you to make an informed decision.

The first price to consider is the autoresponder. You have to expect to pay at least $20 per month and that’s only for around 2000 subscribers. If you want to build a list of more subscribers, the prices go up.

The next is the system’s monthly fee AFTER the 14-day trial. After that, you’ll need to make a decision on the number of niches that you want to be a part of. If you only want one niche, you’ll need to pay $47/month. Chose all 3 niches and you’ll need $97/month at a minimum.

There is also a one-time fee option of $747, which in my opinion, is VERY steep. You shouldn’t have to pay that much money to start an online business. What I don’t appreciate is that they don’t disclose from BEFOREHAND of all those costs in order for you to make an informed decision.

All they want is your money.

Add these costs to the daily cost of your Solo Ads, and you’ll be spending a few hundred to a few thousands of dollars every single month.

Does It Work As Advertised?

Well, yes and no.

Yes, because you do get what you’re promised within the sales page, except that you can’t expect the program to work as fast as Devon suggests. There’s a big learning curve that you’ll have as a newbie and I don’t particularly like the traffic method that he is teaching you.

It’s too easy to burn money with Solo Ads.

What I don’t like is that he does not disclose everything that you need to know about running such a business, like the cost, which I think is VERY important. It’s great that you can test-drive the program but he does NOT tell you that the fee you pay to get the trial of the program, does not include access to the tools needed.

What I also don’t appreciate is the fact that he does not disclose you need to pay EXTRA in order to get access to the two additional niches and their promotional material. As per the sales page, you get all three for the simple price of $9.95.

There’s also more work involved than the 3 steps he mentions on the sales page. He makes it sound like all you need is to execute these 3 steps and the rest will come on autopilot when you really need to rinse and repeat in order to make money.

I was actually not surprised that the program does not work as advertised. It’s similar to too many others that claim the same thing. And again, if it was so easy to make money online, then everybody would have been doing it.

Other Things To Take Into Consideration

The fact that this program is done-for-you creates a lot of problems in my opinion. For one, you can’t choose a niche that you’re passionate about and will end up being stuck with products that you know nothing about and that you possibly won’t like.

The next problem that I see if that you’ll become completely dependent on the funnels and tools created and won’t be able to do any MORE than what you’ll get within the program. You won’t be able to really scale or grow your business because you won’t know how to.

And there’s no sign of any updates to be done to the training or the program down the road. Most times, these programs are only profitable to the first few who buy the program only because it becomes saturated too quickly.

Seeing as the program is done for you, should the program no longer be supported, you’ll lost all your income streams and hard work. Should something happen to the program, then you would have lost your entire business. You wouldn’t have learned anything and won’t be able to start anything from scratch. You just won’t have the knowledge.

Instead, you’ll need to look for the next shiny object and try to make it work. The whole cycle of falling for scams and products that don’t work will be never-ending. So although this program might work for a while, I think that the risks are just too great.

Is 12 Minute Affiliate A Scam?

After this thorough review, I have to say that I do not believe 12 Minute Affiliate to be a scam. You do have the potential to make money with it but I do not think that it’s going to make you over $400 every day. Don’t quit your job, thinking that you’re going to be making money within 12 minutes of setting up the system.

Although this program is not a scam, I do not feel comfortable recommending it. That’s because the sales page is so misleading; no, you cannot make this program work in only 3 steps and no, you will NOT make money within 12 minutes, especially not as a newbie.

Additionally, I think that teaching you Solo Ads right off the bat as a newbie is a little risky, especially because you can never be sure of your ROI (return on investment). It is too easy to burn the money when you don’t know what you’re doing. There are also NO other traffic generation training, which sucks.

I also don’t appreciate the non-discloser of the real cost of running such a business. Like I mentioned before if you don’t have the money to invest (other than in the training) then why should you be LURED into getting this training where you’ll be required to invest even more?

The only good thing with this program is that it is sold through ClickBank and you’ll be able to request a refund if you don’t get any results. Keep in mind that the money-back is only for the trial fee of $9.95 and that no other costs will be covered. You won’t get your money back from the Solo Ads purchased either or for the autoresponder.

Last but not least, YOUR business means YOU have control over the direction that the business is taking but with 12 Minute Affiliate, you have NO control on the business whatsoever because you have no idea how to start the business from scratch. Should he tools not be supported anymore, you’ll be out of money and out of your business.

Seeing as this program poses too big of a risk financially and more, I do NOT recommend it!
