Are you looking for an honest Prosperity Nexus review? Then you’ve just found it. I’m not an affiliate of the program and I do not promote it, so just know that my review will be as unbiased and as honest as can be.
The truth is that a lot of other people’s reviews are from affiliates of the program, so they will intentionally leave out the bad of the program, but not this one! You’ll get to know the good, the bad and the ugly so that you can make an informed decision.
Is Prosperity Nexus a scam or will you really make thousands and thousands of dollars this month? There are some pretty cold claims made and the testimonials and business model look convincing, but what are they hiding?
Let’s go ahead and take an in-depth look!
Prosperity Nexus At A Glance
Creator: Steve and Michael
Purpose: Resell memberships to earn
Price: $2,000 to $22,000
Do I Recommend It?: No, although it may seem like a good opportunity, it operates like a pyramid scheme because the only way to make money is to recruit.
What Is Prosperity Nexus?
Prosperity Nexus was created by Steve and Michael back in 2014. So it’s been quite some time since the inception of this business. I like to see longevity like this because it indicates a system that works.
The slogan here is to “unlock your life and pursue your dreams”. The presenter says that this is a high ticket business opportunity, where you’ll get everything that you need to make big income online.
You’ll get the training, resources, support, marketing plans, sales funnels, products, live webinars and the community, which removes a lot of the roadblocks that people typically face when trying to start an online business.
I like how they say that the income is not guaranteed and that there is work involved to become successful with this business. It really is a breath of fresh air because a lot of other programs will pitch easy money.
He also says that it is possible to make $4k to $10k per month working part-time hours at home and if you’re not able to find the money to invest in this business, that they have financing options available to also get you started.
Now, all that sounds great and if I didn’t know anything about making money online, I would have joined right away. It looks like they really removed all the obstacles to success.
But what are they really hiding? Let’s find out.
How Prosperity Nexus Works
It looked a little strange to me how there is no video that talks exclusively about the products that are available. I’m not saying that they don’t talk about it at all, but it would have been nice to also have a video about what you would be selling.
But the truth is that you’re not selling the PRODUCTS or the COURSES, you’re selling the membership that you have yourself bought.
You see, the only way to make money with Prosperity Nexus is to recruit, whether they want to be part of the business or not. It’s a vicious cycle!
You see the ads or an article talking about the program and click on it. You watch the sales video and choose a membership option. You get the training and the other resources.
You advertise the business opportunity in the form of ads yourself and others will see it. They click on it and are brought to the same video that you initially watched, except that now when they join, you make money.
And guess what happens? Those recruits will also put out ads to recruit.
The truth is that nobody will be interested in JUST the training without being interested in the business opportunity. There is always more of an interest in the business opportunity before there is an interest in the products that will help achieve success.
So as you can see, this is nothing but a recruiting scheme that will sooner or later collapse. The people who join at the top are the ones who make 90% of the money and the 90% of the people who join later, will lose money.
And it’s worse if you’re one of the people who joins just before it collapses! That’s where people lose their investments.
That’s why it’s such a bad idea to even get the financing that they have available to you, because there is no guarantee that you’ll make money if you join, and there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to pay back what you borrowed.
The Costs Of Running This Business
You will be surprised at the costs needed to run this business and no, it’s not just the $50 – $100 per month that the presenter mentioned. I will prove that it’s much more than that.
Let’s get started with the membership options;
1) Basic – $2 000
2) Builder – $3 500
3) Advanced – $6 500
4) Pro – $12 500
5) VIP – $22 000
As you can see, those one-time fees are crazy expensive and it’s got nothing to do with the amount of VALUE that you get with each package. The only reason you need to pay so much is for you to be able to earn more per sale.
Everybody earns 100% commissions on eligible sales.
Additionally, you have to buy the membership to earn anything on it. If for example, you purchased the Builder option and you recruit somebody who wants to go straight to the Advanced, you’re completely losing your commissions.
The person above you who is at that level will then receive that commission, so even if you’re the sponsor, you’ll lose that referral completely.
Prosperity Nexus uses a 1 up compensation plan, meaning that the first sale goes to your sponsor. It’s called the qualifying sale. In the same way, each additional person that you recruit will have their first sales passed up to you.
If ever you want to move up to any higher level, you are able to do so just by paying the difference in the membership costs. And should anybody that you personally referred also choose to do that, you earn 100% commissions.
Not only that, but you also have the monthly cost of $24.95 but for the first month, it will be higher at $74.95.
The biggest investment of all, is actually for you to pay for ads. The truth is that the make-money-online niche is so competitive that the cost of ads is going up. You might need about $1K every month if you want to make a sale.
Most people will not be able to afford such an opportunity, so your conversion rate might be really low, but you still need to pay for those clicks, right?
Is Prosperity Nexus A Scam?
To answer this question, it really depends on your definition of a scam.
Some people might say that it isn’t a scam because you can make money with this program. The business works. In that respect, I agree.
Some other might say that it isn’t a scam because you’re getting something in exchange for your money and I would agree with that as well.
However, we also have to consider the fact that the program operates like a pyramid, where the only way to make any money is to recruit. Additionally, the payments of the higher ups is dependent on more people joining the scheme.
The day that people stop joining, will be doom day for those people that joined last, because they will lost their investments. The people at the top don’t care because they’ve cashed in long enough and are satisfied.
They then move to something else.
That’s why similar programs were shut down by the FTC, like MOBE and Digital Altitude. The training was geared towards recruiting others into the scheme, without which, nobody can make money.
The bottom line is that I do not recommend Prosperity Nexus.
