There are a ton of affiliates promoting different programs and most of the time, you should beware of what they say about a product. They will most probably try to sell it to you without giving you an honest outlook on how things could go wrong.
The truth is that there are affiliates doing the same thing with The Breakout Code and that why I want to write this review. I want you to make an informed buying decision by knowing everything there is to know about this program.
You might think that the creators are being honest when it comes to the sales page, which is a trap that I’ve also fallen into in the past, but that’s why you want to read MY review because I know how it feels. I’ve learned my lesson and I’m willing to tell the truth.
I’m not an affiliate and I will not be promoting this program, even if at the end, I may find that it’s fine, so rest assured about my honesty. 🙂
The BreakOut Code At A Glance
Creator: Mark Barrett and James Fawcett
Purpose: Earn doing affiliate marketing through email marketing
Do I Recommend It?: Not really, though it’s not a bad product. But it is going to be expensive!
What Is The BreakOut Code?
The Breakout Code has a pretty flashy title that says they made almost $1500 with just one click and that the creator himself made $58K in a month. They say that they’re going to show you how you can “replicate” it in 20 minutes.
Well, I have a BIG problem with this kind of claim. They are claiming to have made $1500 with one click, which is NEVER going to be true and they are also claiming that you could replicate these results in 20 minutes.
These guys, Mark and James, are definitely saying that this is a get-rich-quick scheme here, right? Where have these products gotten you?
I’m sure you’re here right now because you DID buy those products before that ended up a big fail, right? What makes you think that The Breakout Code is going to be any different? Get rich quick schemes typically make the creator more money, not you!
But anyways, they say that all you have to do is set it up once. It won’t include any “expensive” paid method and even a newbie can start earning money with this because it is “failproof”.
What you have to realize is that they are playing on words here. What’s expensive can be very specific from person to person. Somebody might think $100 is expensive while somebody else might consider $500 to be expensive.
It won’t be about Google Ads, no Bing Ads, no Facebook ads, no spamming social media. It’s supposedly a new method that has never been seen before, which I highly doubt.
There are 3 steps to earning with this method and all you have to do is pick an offer, activate the traffic, and enjoy the cash “breakout”. You’re practically going to make money on autopilot, which again, is a lie as you’ll soon see.
What I noticed is that the testimonials are from other well-known marketers and not from newbies using this method to make money. You have to know that those well-known marketers already have big followings so it won’t be a problem for them.
If you’re a newbie without a following yet, then you will definitely struggle. You won’t get the same results as them and absolutely NOT in 20 minutes. Moreover, these marketers are all friends. They all scratch each other’s backs giving testimonials.
So you can’t really trust them to be true.
What You Get Inside – How It Works
If you do decide to purchase The Breakout Code, then this section will show you what you’ll get on the inside. However, before getting to the members’ area, you will have to go through a series of upsells.
But my advise; don’t buy them, even if they are heavily discounted. You will always be able to buy them later so what’s the point of getting them now, when you have no idea whether the front end product will be any good?
Moreover, the money back guarantee is only for the front end product of $12.95 so I just wanted you to be aware of that.
The Breakout Code will show you how to make money online doing email marketing and affiliate marketing. Email marketing speaks for itself; you’ll be sending out promotional emails to your audience.
But if you don’t know what affiliate marketing is, it’s a way of making money online where you promote other people’s products for a commission made each time a sale is made.
Inside the member’s area, you’ll find 21 total training videos of which I would consider only 14 to be actual training. You’ll learn how to find products to promote, how to build a funnel using ClickFunnels ($100/month fee), how to connect your autoresponder and creating follow-up sequences.
The funnel will consist of a squeeze page to collect people’s emails, then to a bridge page and then to the actual offer. The autoresponder is a software that will help you collect and manage the emails you collect, as well as help you organize your emails to send them.
The follow-up sequences are the actual emails that will be sent out to those that made it on your list and they need to be written out. There usually will need to be one for everyday or every other day, so that’s a lot of emails to write, right?
After you’ve set all this up, which is definitely going to take more than 20 minutes, you’ll start buying solo ads. I thought this wouldn’t have to do with any form of ads, didn’t you get that impression too?
But anyways, Solo Ads are a way of you getting in touch with somebody else’s audiences via email. You pay somebody to send out a mass email to their lists and the amount you pay depends on the number of clicks you want to receive.
So for example, if you want 100 high-quality clicks, you would pay in the vicinity of $80 – $100. Not exactly my idea of cheap, right? Especially since not everybody who will click will buy the product.
The next way that they teach you to build your email list is to try doing Facebook marketing, which I have to say is not very effective. The bottom line is that you will have to rely on the Solo Ads in order to get any traffic.
Some Things To Beware Of
I gotta say that the first thing that I got the impression of was that there would not be a need to pay for traffic or that the traffic method would be cheap. But the truth is that not only will you gave to pay for traffic, but it’s not cheap.
Solo Ads are not cheap and it is not recommended, actually. That’s because you cannot confirm where that traffic is coming from and whether or not they will be high quality traffic.
You’ve probably seen some websites that pay people to click on ads, right? Well, some of those people that offer solo ads could do the same thing. So you could be paying them $0.50 for a click and they will pay somebody else $0.01 to click on your link.
Sure, there’s nothing wrong with that. They are keeping to their end of the bargain. You’re asking for clicks and you’re getting clicks, but the problem is that for you, this kind of traffic will not convert and you won’t make money.
The people clicking on those are simply looking to earn the $0.01 rather than taking an interested look in your offer.
The other traffic option is to use Facebook, but that means spamming. Didn’t they say that there would be no spamming social media? That’s a lie to consider.
It wouldn’t have been too bad if the Facebook method worked, but the fact that it doesn’t and that this this method could actually ban you from the platform makes this a very bad traffic method.
Then, there are the upsells. Were the upsells ever mentioned on the sales page? NOPE! They claim that everything that you need is included with $12.95, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for and that’s a low-quality system.
Even the training is not enough to really help you make $1000 every day. Would they really be selling this program for $12.95 if the monetary potential was so high? I don’t think so. I would be charging way more, wouldn’t you?
But be aware that the upsells are not that cheap either. They vary between $37 and $197, which actualy showed me even before I got deep into the research, that The Breakout Code at $12.95 would not help you much.
Not to mention that your tools are also gonna cost you, something that these people never mention. What’s the point of getting into a business that costs you $500 every month when you can only afford $50, right?
1) Method does work
2) Cheap front end product
3) Money back guarantee
1) Hyped up sales page – you won’t make thousands of dollars and it won’t just take you 20 minutes
2) Expensive traffic method if you want REAL traffic
3) No way to confirm whether your traffic is coming from real email lists or if these people have an incentive to click on your link
4) No guarantee on ROI
5) Some shallow training that won’t teach you everything you need to know about affiliate marketing and email marketing
6) Facebook traffic training does not work as well as they claim (Remember, they already have a following and you don’t if you’re a newbie)
7) Upsells are never mentioned on the sales page – you are led to believe you’ll get all you need for $12.95 when that’s a big, fat lie
8) Monthly business expenses are NOT disclosed for you to be able to make an informed decision
Is The BreakOut Code A Scam?
If you were to ask for my honest opinion, I wouldn’t say that The Breakout Code is a scam. I think that it’s a low-quality product, but not a scam, especially since you are able to get your money back if you ask for a refund.
With scams, you lose your money, right?
But some people might still call this a scam, saying that the sales page is misleading and even the income claims are not the actual projection of what most people will be able to earn with the system. There are so many cons to the program too.
There are so many lies that you don’t even recognize the product after seeing it because it does not work as promised. There is much more work than “a click” to make money.
The traffic method is expensive, especially if you want quality traffic, and even then, you can only confirm it’s quality traffic AFTER you get results of the sales; if the sales are happening, then it’s quality traffic, else it’s not. You won’t make your money back that way.
There is also no way to see where the traffic is coming from. People could be incentivized to click on your link and watch the advert for a few seconds and that would register as a click for you.
Even the training is not enough for you to make the kind of money that Mark and James claim. You could get a idea of how the whole process works and might even be able to set up a funnel and make some sales, but believe it, it won’t be the life-changing income that they claim.
Moreover, you would most probably need to purchase the upsells that they offer in order to get the training needed to make that kind of money. But then, you might not have the training needed and it might fall short anyways.
You just never know with these programs. There are so many lies that make the truth blurry and you never know when they’re telling the truth. That’s one of the reasons that I would stay away, on top of the other lies and cons that I have already mentioned.
The bottom line is just that I don’t recommend The Breakout Code and that you should just look for something that is worth your money and that will actually bring you results.
An Alternative With BETTER Rates Of Success – With Proof!
Yes, I cannot deny that affiliate marketing works, but there is a better alternative to doing affiliate marketing – and much cheaper too – and that has a better rate of success.
What I do is write about a topic that I am passionate about, such as making money online and I point people to programs that will help them in their online business. When people buy those tools, I make commissions.
Isn’t that much better than spamming emails and social media? With this method, people come to you rather than you going to them. This is called attraction marketing because you’re attracting the audience that is looking for what you’re offering.
You can get started for completely free and the fees are between $19 – $49 per month. You won’t have to dabble in paid traffic at all. This is much better because you don’t need a big start-up capital and has a much better ROI.
Just take a look at some of these paychecks I received this year.
What you’ll learn is how I was able to go from being in debt $45K and how I started making passive/recurring income online every single month. You’ll know the exact steps to take and to you’ll also receive my free 6-day email course along with it.
Don’t be like me when I used to fall for those traps. The truth is that there is work to be done to become successful. You can’t become successful without doing any work. That’s just something that these gurus want to make you believe.
But what it’s doing is making them richer because they are able to trap and fool people into buying their useless products. They’re the ones making the money, including their affiliates, but not you, the person using the programs.
That’s why you need to let go of that notion that you can make money without any effort because that does not exist. The sooner you understand that this will take work, the sonner you’ll actually start making money online.
So grab my free guide now to learn the ins and outs and I’ll see you on the inside. Let me be there for you as your mentor.
Thanks for reading The Breakout Code review. Let me know if you’ve had any success at all with this program, and whether or not you were able to make the kind of money that they claimed.
Lots of Love,
